Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OHnership ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the OHnership mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. OHnership is a single-player basketball franchise management game, and we have designed it to collect as little information as possible.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information that identifies you. The App does not require an account, login, name, email address, or any sign-up to play.
The only data collection associated with the App comes from our third-party advertising provider, Google AdMob, described in Section 3 below.
2. Game Data Stays on Your Device
Your game progress and saved games are stored locally on your device only. This data is never sent to us or to any server. If you delete the App, your saved game data is removed with it. We have no access to it at any time.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. When an advertisement is shown, Google AdMob may collect and process certain information from your device, such as a device advertising identifier, device type, and general usage and diagnostic data, in order to serve and measure ads.
We have configured AdMob to request non-personalized ads, which limits the data used for ad targeting. We do not have access to, and do not receive, the data collected by Google AdMob.

4. Your Choices
Watching advertisements in the App is entirely optional and offers in-game rewards. You can use the App without watching ads.
On iOS, you can limit ad tracking and reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App's content (including mature themes such as franchise scandals) is intended for a teen and older audience. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address it.
6. Data Security
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal information, and game data remains on your device, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed. Any data processed by Google AdMob is secured under Google's own security practices.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
